I just recorded a video outlining a dead-simple technique that anyone can use, at any time, to get relief from stress, worry, and unwanted thoughts.

And while I created the video with retroactive jealousy sufferers in mind, anyone can use this simple practice to deal with stress, anxiety, or unwanted thoughts.

I call it “The BB Technique.”
