Guided meditation is defined as a “form of meditation where an individual is verbally guided into a state of consciousness either by a person’s live voice or by a recording of a voice.

This process and practice of meditation requires an individual to follow verbal instructions that teach the individual how to relax the entire body, clear the mind, concentrate on breathing, and focus one’s awareness and attention.”

I recorded a 20-minute guided meditation aimed specifically at helping people get a handle on retroactive jealousy.

I include it as a bonus download with my Overcoming Retroactive Jealousy e-book & audiobook package, and it will also help you get a sense of what my  online course is all about.

In the year since I released Overcoming Retroactive Jealousy, several customers have written letters to me to tell me how much they appreciated the guided meditation, and how helpful they found it as they worked to overcome retroactive jealousy.

And today, as a “thank-you” for your support, I’ve decided to share it with you for free.

PLEASE NOTE: it’s imperative that you listen to this recording in a quiet place where you can be alone. Do not, under any circumstances, listen to this recording while driving, or performing any other task that requires your full attention.

So if you have 20 free minutes, find a quiet space, relax, and take a listen:

If you find this guided meditation helpful, you might be interested in my “Get Over Your Partner’s Past Fast” video course.

Since 2014, my course has helped over 700 men and women around the world leave retroactive jealousy behind for good.
