In today’s video, I share some thoughts on how men can increase attraction in relationships.
Read or watch below to learn strategies on how men can increase attraction in relationships.
Find a new project or learn something new.
The point is to start getting out of the house more.
Spend more time on your own or with other people, instead of spending most of your free time with your partner.
When you do this, and do it effectively, you’ll begin recharging your masculine presence a bit.
When a masculine presence and a feminine presence spend too much time together, a process called depolarization can happen.
She becomes a little more like you, and you become a little more like her.
Attraction takes a hit because what creates attraction are the differences in presence, energy, and all those other factors.
When I said it’s simple, I meant it—start spending more time apart. If you want suggestions or want me to dive deeper into this topic, I’d love to talk more about it.
My next suggestion isn’t quite as simple as the first, but it’s still doable for most of us.
And that is simply, start becoming more still. What does that mean?
One of the key traits of masculine energy is stillness—being grounded.
Instead of having scattered, frantic energy, being a bit needy or clingy, or speaking too quickly without breathing deeply, stillness brings balance.
It’s about taking your time when you speak, standing tall with your shoulders back, and not apologizing for who you are.
It’s also about not seeking approval from others.
A lot of this can come down to body language—like avoiding fidgeting, tapping your fingers, speaking too fast, or shifting around constantly.
Start focusing on how you carry yourself. Start becoming more grounded and still.
If your partner has a feminine essence, she wants to feel that grounded presence from you.
You should be the shelter in her storm.
She wants to feel like you’re more stable, less flighty and frenetic than she might sometimes be.
She wants to feel your masculine presence, and a big part of that is being more grounded and still.
This is a big topic, but one thing you can start doing right now is simply breathing more deeply, standing up straight with your shoulders back, and catching yourself if you notice any twitching or restless movements.
A lot of guys do this—sitting down and almost vibrating, like their leg is bouncing or they’re tapping their finger on the table, speaking too fast, and so on.
If you think this might be a problem for you, start paying attention to it.
Catch yourself when you start falling into that pattern, take a deep breath, and adjust your body so your spine is straight, not all over the place.
Start working on your body language—there’s a huge payoff if you focus on this.
Be more grounded and still, and I promise your partner will notice.
Needless to say, this is a big topic, and I have a lot more to share about maintaining, sustaining, and increasing attraction in relationships.
