I recently had the opportunity to appear on BBC Radio 4 for a new documentary about social media and obsession.

In the documentary, which you can listen to or download here, I talk about my own experience of retroactive jealousy in my late teens and early 20s, and about how social media fit in.

Spoiler alert: social media fueled the fire, and made dealing with retroactive jealousy about ten times worse.

However, as you probably know, I managed to overcome retroactive jealousy, and I also discuss that in the documentary.

It was a thrill to appear in a program like this, as a big BBC fan, and a radio documentary junkie.

I hope you enjoy.
