These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) explain the conditions for using RetroactiveJealousy.com and purchasing our educational products, digital resources, and workshops. Please read them carefully, particularly the sections on the nature of our services, refunds and withdrawal rights, and limitations of liability.

1. Who We Are and How to Contact Us

RetroactiveJealousy.com is owned and operated by Humans in Love OÜ, a private limited company registered in the Republic of Estonia (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Zachary Stockill is the founder and principal educator.

  • Legal name: Humans in Love OÜ
  • Estonian registry code: 14498044
  • VAT identification number: EE102099362
  • Registered address: Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia
  • Customer support and complaints: [email protected]
  • Website: www.retroactivejealousy.com

Contact us by email for questions about an order, access, cancellations, refunds, or these Terms. An email address is not an emergency-support service.

2. When These Terms Apply

These Terms apply to the website, free materials, email trainings, digital courses, guided meditations, downloadable resources, live and recorded workshops, and related digital products unless an offer has additional terms.

By using the website, you agree to comply with the applicable website-use provisions. For a paid purchase, the terms made available before checkout, together with the product description, order confirmation, and any expressly agreed product-specific agreement, form the relevant contract. You should save a copy for your records.

Private coaching engagements are governed by a separately accepted client–coach agreement, rather than the purchase and service provisions in these Terms. General website-use provisions may still apply when browsing this website. Where product-specific terms conflict with these Terms, the more specific agreed terms govern, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Nothing here takes away non-excludable consumer or other statutory rights.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

Paid products are intended for adults aged 18 or older. By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 and that the information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for keeping any account login details confidential and for activity through your account, except to the extent caused by our fault or otherwise protected by law.

Access is for the individual purchaser unless the offer expressly provides otherwise. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Educational and Non-Clinical Nature of Our Services

Our website, courses, workshops, and digital resources are provided for education, information, and personal development. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, psychological assessment, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, or another form of licensed healthcare.

Zachary Stockill does not hold himself out as a licensed physician, psychiatrist, psychologist, or psychotherapist. Using the website or purchasing an educational product does not establish a physician-patient or therapist-patient relationship. Our use of terms such as “retroactive jealousy”, “intrusive thoughts”, or “obsessive thinking” is educational and does not itself amount to a diagnosis.

Our resources are not a substitute for an individual assessment or care from a qualified healthcare or mental-health professional. Do not disregard professional advice, stop prescribed medication, or delay seeking appropriate care because of our content. If you are experiencing severe distress, symptoms of a possible mental-health condition, or significant impairment in daily functioning, seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

Our services are not crisis or emergency services. We do not continuously monitor messages. If you believe that you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate local crisis service immediately rather than waiting for a response from us.

5. Personal Responsibility and Results

Our content offers strategies and perspectives for consideration. You remain responsible for your personal choices, relationship decisions, behavior, and decisions about whether to obtain professional care. We encourage the use of personal judgment and appropriate professional advice when necessary.

Results vary according to individual circumstances, participation, and other factors. We do not guarantee a particular emotional, psychological, behavioral, or relationship outcome, a cure for any medical condition, or a specific time frame for progress. Testimonials and case studies describe individual experiences, not results that every customer should expect.

This provision does not cancel any express contractual promise, product description, refund guarantee, or legal remedy that applies to your purchase.

6. Orders, Prices, and Payments

Each product or service is described on its sales page or at checkout, including its price, currency, applicable taxes or charges, payment options, and what is included. The details shown and accepted at checkout apply to your order. We may change future prices or offers, but changes do not retroactively alter an existing purchase contract.

Payments may be handled by third-party checkout and payment providers. You authorize the payment amount and schedule clearly disclosed to you when ordering. Where an installment plan is selected, the payment schedule and total contractual price are those displayed and accepted at checkout. An installment plan is not necessarily a month-to-month subscription. Any outstanding payment obligation remains subject to the agreed cancellation provisions and applicable law.

We will provide an order or contract confirmation on a durable medium where required by law. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and provide an appropriate remedy or refund. We may reasonably verify an order or prevent suspected fraud, subject to applicable law.

7. Digital Courses, Downloads, and Access

Digital products are normally delivered electronically, by access instructions, email, or a members’ area, as stated at purchase. Access duration, included resources, technical requirements, and any limitations on downloads are those disclosed for the particular product. Unless expressly stated, purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright or provide a right to future products, one-to-one advice, or indefinite operation of a third-party platform.

You need a compatible device, internet connection, and any commonly available software specified before purchase. We may perform reasonable maintenance, security updates, or technical changes. We will not materially reduce contractual access or functionality without the remedies or notices required by applicable law.

Contact us if access fails or a purchased digital product does not conform to its agreed description. Applicable statutory remedies remain available, including rights relating to non-conforming digital content or services.

8. Refund Guarantees and Customer Support

Get Over Your Partner’s Past Fast: Where the sales page provides a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee, we honor it. Email [email protected] requesting a refund within 30 days of purchase. No explanation or evidence of course completion is required. We will refund the purchase price in accordance with the published guarantee. This voluntary guarantee is in addition to, and does not replace, any statutory rights.

Other courses, workshops, or digital resources may have different expressly disclosed cancellation and voluntary refund conditions. We will not treat a guarantee advertised for one product as applicable to every other offer, and we will not impose an undisclosed condition that contradicts an advertised guarantee.

Where a refund is due, we will process it without undue delay and within any applicable legal deadline. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

9. Statutory Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

If you purchase as a consumer at a distance, applicable law may grant you a right to withdraw without giving a reason, generally within 14 days after the contract is concluded for services or digital content. The precise right, exceptions, and deadlines depend on the contract and mandatory law.

Digital content delivered immediately: Where the law permits a consumer’s statutory withdrawal right to be lost for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, that loss of the right is subject to the required prior express consent to begin supply during the withdrawal period, acknowledgment of the loss of the withdrawal right, and provision of the required contract confirmation. Merely visiting the website or reading these Terms does not, by itself, amount to that consent and acknowledgment.

Other covered services: Starting a service during the statutory withdrawal period does not automatically remove the right of withdrawal. Where legally required, the customer must expressly request early performance. If the customer then withdraws lawfully after performance has begun, any proportionate charge will be determined under applicable law; the withdrawal right may be lost following full performance only when the legal requirements are met.

To exercise a statutory withdrawal right, email [email protected] before the applicable deadline with an unequivocal statement that you wish to withdraw. You may use the example below, but it is not mandatory:

To Humans in Love OÜ: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for [product/service], ordered on [date]. My name is [name]. My purchase email is [email]. Date: [date].

We will confirm receipt of a withdrawal request. Where withdrawal is valid, refunds and any legally permitted proportionate service charges will be handled under applicable law, normally within 14 days of the withdrawal notice where that deadline applies. These rights are separate from any additional voluntary money-back guarantee.

Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer protections that cannot lawfully be waived in your country of residence or other applicable jurisdiction.

10. Workshops, Events, and Subscriptions

For live workshops and recorded events, the event description or checkout specifies the date, format, materials, replay period if any, and any applicable voluntary refund or rescheduling terms. We may reschedule or cancel an event for a reasonable operational reason and will provide a suitable remedy, including a refund where legally required or promised.

If we offer a recurring subscription, its price, billing interval, renewal terms, minimum commitment if any, cancellation instructions, and access following cancellation will be disclosed before the customer subscribes. We will not treat a one-time purchase or installment arrangement as consent to recurring billing. Customers may cancel a subscription using the method communicated at purchase, subject to any clearly disclosed lawful minimum term and applicable rights.

11. Copyright and Permitted Use

Unless otherwise stated, the website and our original written, video, audio, course, workbook, and other educational materials are owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

We grant the lawful purchaser a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use purchased materials for individual educational and personal-development purposes during the agreed access period. You must not redistribute, publicly post, resell, sublicense, share paid logins, republish, commercially exploit, or make unauthorized recordings of these materials. The same restriction applies to copying content into third-party training datasets or automated systems for redistribution or commercial exploitation, except as permitted by applicable law or with our written consent.

Nothing in these Terms restricts lawful quotation, statutory copyright exceptions, or rights that cannot be excluded. Requests for permission may be sent to our contact email.

12. Conduct, Access Restrictions, and Termination

Do not misuse the website or services, interfere with security, impersonate another person, infringe others’ rights, threaten or harass others, or use our systems for illegal purposes. We may take proportionate action against serious violations, including restricting access or ending services, with any notice, refund, or remedy required by the applicable contract and law.

We will not withhold a refund required by law simply because an account is suspended. Where we believe there is an immediate safety risk or a request exceeds the scope of our service, we may refer the person to appropriate external services rather than provide support we are not qualified or equipped to deliver.

13. Testimonials and Personal Data

We will not use an identifiable personal story, private communication, name, or image as a public testimonial without an appropriate legal basis and any permission required by law. Submitting feedback does not automatically authorize public marketing use of your identity or sensitive circumstances.

How we collect, use, store, and disclose personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is a separate document and does not reduce your data-protection rights. Contact us if you have a privacy or confidentiality concern.

14. Website Content and Third-Party Services

We aim to keep our information accurate and useful, but free articles, videos, and other general information may become outdated, and not all material is appropriate for every person. We may correct mistakes and update publicly available information. This does not diminish any express description or obligation relating to something you have already purchased.

The website may link to third-party websites, payment providers, video hosts, scheduling services, or other tools. Those providers may have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for unrelated third-party content or independent acts to the extent permitted by law, but we remain responsible for our own legal and contractual obligations.

15. Warranties and Limitations of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing, death or personal injury where liability cannot be excluded, or any other liability, consumer remedy, warranty, or statutory right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.

Subject to those protections, we do not promise that general informational content will be error-free, that every digital service will be continuously uninterrupted, or that our educational methods will produce particular individual outcomes. We are not responsible for losses arising solely from circumstances outside our reasonable control to the extent applicable law permits.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its directors, personnel, and contractors exclude liability for losses that are indirect or consequential and not legally recoverable under the applicable contract or law. This clause is not intended to remove remedies for failure to supply conforming digital content, services not performed as agreed, or other rights that cannot lawfully be restricted. No provision requires a consumer to waive a claim that applicable law preserves.

16. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern, please contact [email protected] with your name, order details, and a brief explanation. We will review the matter in good faith and respond within the period required by applicable law. For Estonian consumer complaints, we generally aim to provide a substantive written response within 15 days.

If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly, qualifying consumers may be entitled to approach the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee or another competent consumer-protection or alternative-dispute-resolution body. Nothing here prevents you from using a court or dispute-resolution process that applicable law makes available.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, subject to mandatory rules that apply to individual contracts. For consumers, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protection available under applicable laws of your habitual residence or other laws that cannot be excluded by agreement.

Any question of jurisdiction or where a claim may be brought will be determined under applicable law. We do not require consumers to give up rights to bring proceedings in a court that is available to them under mandatory law.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for future website use or purchases, including to reflect changes in law, security, our offerings, or our operations. The current version will be posted here, and we retain records of changes. For an existing paid contract, the terms agreed at purchase generally continue to govern unless the parties validly agree otherwise or a change is permitted by that contract and applicable law. Where notice or consent is required for a material change, we will provide it.

19. General Provisions

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining lawful provisions continue to apply where possible. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not necessarily waive our right to enforce it on another. These Terms, together with the relevant product description, order confirmation, and any separately agreed product-specific terms, constitute the agreement regarding the relevant purchase, without excluding precontractual information or representations that form part of the contract under applicable law.

20. Contact

For questions about these Terms, service suitability, orders, refunds, statutory withdrawals, or complaints, contact [email protected].
